Core service

Construction software built around how your teams actually work

We don't sell you a packaged product and ask you to adapt. We study how your site actually runs first, then build a system that fits over it.

Core service

Why commission it instead of buying off the shelf

  • No two companies break down work the same way

Packaged software makes you restructure your WBS to match theirs. The usual result: the site team quietly goes back to Excel because the system never matched how they actually track cost.

  • Your forms and approval chains took years to settle

A system should accept the forms you already use — not ask an entire organisation to abandon them for a vendor's idea of a workflow.

  • Pay for what you actually use

Foreign licences bundle features you never open. A commissioned system carries only what your organisation needs, and grows when you are ready.

  • The project data stays yours

Everything we build keeps your data in a database you can reach and export at any time. It is never locked inside one vendor's platform.

Process

How we work

Every system we build starts on a construction site, not in a boardroom.

  1. 01

    Study the site

We watch the real workflow, collect the forms and approval steps, and find where information currently falls through — before a line of code is written.

  2. 02

Design the system and scope it

We turn that into a concrete scope, separating what must exist in phase one from what can wait, with time and budget estimated per phase.

  3. 03

    Build in short cycles

You get something to try at regular intervals — rather than months of silence followed by a system that turns out to miss the point.

  4. 04

    Deploy on a live project

Start with one pilot project, adjust to what real use exposes, then roll out across the organisation.

  5. 05

    Support and keep building

A system in daily use always needs adjustment. We stay on to maintain it and add what the site asks for.

Scope

What we build

Project management systems (PMIS)

WBS, Gantt scheduling, progress tracking, EVM, BOQ-based cost control, and dashboards for management.

BIM and ISO 19650 systems

Model management, document registers, CDE structure, naming conventions, and approval workflows to ISO 19650.

Document automation

Generate documents from data you already hold, with approval routing and an audit trail that survives an inspection.

Inspection and defect systems

Mobile site inspection with photos, location, defect tracking, and reports that go straight to the project owner.

Integration with what you run today

Connect to the ERP, accounting, or HR systems already in place — no need to tear out working systems to start.

Field apps that work on bad signal

Built as PWAs that keep working when the connection drops and sync when it returns — the actual condition on a construction site.

Proof

Proven on real projects

The systems below were built and run on live construction projects, not assembled as demos. New commissioned work builds on what these already proved.

Facts

Before we talk

First phase

About 2–4 months

Scope dependent — you normally have something genuinely usable by the end of phase one.

Pricing

Scoped per project

Not a per-seat annual licence. Estimated from what actually has to be built.

Who you work with

A small team, direct

No layer of account managers — you talk to the people writing the system.

Data ownership

Stays with the project owner

Reachable and exportable at any time.
